Terms of Use for SpendInbox

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SpendInbox (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Use is restricted to individuals of legal majority in their jurisdiction.

2. The SpendInbox Service

2.1 How SpendInbox Works

SpendInbox assigns you a dedicated email address. Add this address to your shopping or merchant accounts. When merchants send invoices to this address, our system extracts merchant, amount and date, and attempts to categorize the transaction.

2.2 Limitations

• If a merchant does not email invoices to your SpendInbox address, SpendInbox cannot capture those transactions.
• If a merchant only places invoices in-app or in a portal without emailing them, SpendInbox cannot access that data.
• The service is dependent on the format and consistency of invoice emails sent by merchants.

2.3 Disclaimer of Accuracy

SpendInbox is continuously improving its parsing and classification. Insights are intended for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for official financial documents. Rely on official statements for accounting, tax, or legal requirements.

3. User Obligations and Conduct

The Service is for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse-engineer the systems.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and materials associated with the Service are the property of SpendInbox or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by discontinuing use or deleting your account.

6. Disclaimers and Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpendInbox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
