SpendInBox provides a specialized email-based spending tracking service. By creating an account, you receive a unique @spendinbox.com email address. When you forward or provide this address to merchants for receipts, our system automatically extracts transaction data to provide you with financial insights.
To ensure high accuracy and security, SpendInBox prioritize processing emails from verified transactional senders. While we attempt to analyze all emails for potential transactions, emails from the following domain list are processed with high priority:
Emails containing authentication codes (OTPs), social updates, or pure promotional marketing (sales/deals) are filtered and may not be processed for extraction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You agree not to use SpendInBox for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Specifically, you agree not to use the @spendinbox.com address for any services requiring high-security authentication or sensitive personal correspondence.
SpendInBox provides financial insights based on automated extraction. While we strive for 100% accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all transactions will be captured or extracted correctly. Our service should not be used as the sole source for critical financial or tax reporting.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
